Formula Classic Gen 3 Mk. 2 @ Kansai Ok, a little predictable, a switcharound from last week! This time, it will start dry and will remain so for a reasonable portion of the race. There are two ways to introduce weather in AMS 2, Sync to race and time progression. Sync to race will fit each weather slot regimentally to the span of time that the race lasts, so 4 slots over 30 mins will give you 7.5 minutes per slot.. Which is I think is too predictable. Time progression is odd, at x1, (Real time) each slot covers one hour, x2 changes the weather approximately every half hour (60 mins ÷ 2), x5 changes it every 12 minutes (60 mins ÷ 5), x10 every 6, x15 every 4.. and so on. The difference here though is that the transition time is not exact like sync to race, so with x5 weather progression, it could change at around 10 minutes, or not until around 14. To my mind, the weather isn't predictable in real life, so it shouldn't be in game!
